Priddis Greens Pro Locke’s Up Players Tour 1-Day Title in Lacombe

24 June, 2026

LACOMBE, Alta.Calgary’s Eric Locke ran away with the PGA of Alberta Players Tour 1-Day event at Lacombe Golf and Country Club on Wednesday.

The Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club professional carded nines of 34-32 for a round of 66 (-5).

“For the most part, I just kept the ball in front of me. I only hit four drivers so lots of irons off the tee,” said Locke. “My whole thought process was to hit it where I can see it and keep it below the hole.”

Locke was firing darts while navigating the 6,375-yard track. He mixed together six birdies and one eagle with three bogeys to card a 5-under-par round of 66.

“Anytime I was between clubs today I took the short one to leave it below the hole,” added Locke. “Luckly I only missed two greens today, so I didn’t have to chip too much. Hit it solidly and made a few putts.”

Andrew Harrison (Coal Creek Golf Resort) was the next best finisher at 69 (-2). Harrison got it to -4 but was forced to settle for second spot after making back-to-back bogeys on 15 and 16.

Five others were tied at 70.
