I was born and raised in Westlock, AB. I attended Lethbridge College, taking Professional Golf Management. My first job in the golf industry was at the Red Deer Golf & C.C. After 18 wonderful years of working there I moved on to Red Deer Discount Golf, where I currently work. I reside in Red Deer with my wife and 2 children.
| Q. What do you enjoy most about the game and the business of golf? I love the game of golf because you have no one to fall back on for help and no one to blame for the mistakes but yourself. From the business side I enjoy being able to meet new people from all walks of life. |
| Q. What or who influenced you in becoming a Golf Professional? There were two people who influenced my decision. Tony Lecuyer who was the Head Professional at the Westlock GC, and Kevin Hamilton who was my Phys Ed teacher in high school. |
