Born, raised, and educated in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Michael has now been a proud Albertan for the last decade. He returned to the golf industry in 2016 after spending the previous 6 years working in multiple capacities within the financial technology sector. He describes the game, and business of golf as being his true passion. Specifically he prides himself on growing the game and helping those already involved, to not only become better players, but to enjoy every minute on the course as much as he does. Michael is entering his sixth season at the Cottonwood Golf & Country Club where he is the Head Golf Professional.
When not at the course Michael can be found spending time with his wife Samantha, and sons Duke & Wyatt. They enjoy playing and watching all sports, travelling, and cooking.
