Born and raised in Edmonton, AB and spent my high school years in Canmore, AB. Started to play golf at age 10 and spent the majority of my summers playing and competing in tournaments around the province. Got my first golf job at 15 working at Stewart Creek in golfer services. After winning the Canmore Junior Club Championship in 2001 I essentially "retired" from golf at the age of 16. I entertained the idea of entering the industry after high school, but instead came back to Edmonton to attend university and try to get more involved with music.

After many years away from the game I re-kindled my love of golf in 2020 during Covid-19. It was one of the few things you could still do, and after a couple of rounds I was once again hooked! After working at an unfulfulling job for about a decade I saw a want ad from Golf Traders Edmonton in early 2022 and decided this was my best chance to really make a big change. Thankfully they took a chance on me, and I look forward to sharing my love of the game while working in a fantastic industry!

Q. What do you enjoy most about the game and the business of golf?
Meeting people from all walks of life and being able to find common ground and bonding over this silly game of ours!
Q. What or who influenced you in becoming a Golf Professional?
My dad, from taking me out to the range as a kid, driving me at 5am to play junior tournaments, and showing me that above all else that golf is a game that should be enjoyed.
Q. What would you be doing if you weren’t a Golf Professional?
Likely working an unfulfilling job while chasing my other passion, which is music.
Q. Who is your favourite PGA Tour player?
All time would be Fred Couples, of the current Tour guys Jordan Spieth is my guy, on the LPGA my favourite is Georgia Hall.

54 degree wedge
Q. What is the most number of holes of golf you have played in one day?
36
Q. What is your career low round and where did you shoot this score?
As a teenager I had a few under par rounds, but since returning to golf in 2020 it would be a 71 at Wolf Creek’s Old Course in July ’21
Q. What significant accomplishments are you most proud of?
Making the decision to pursue a golf career about 20 years after "giving up" on the game
Q. What other interests, hobbies and passions can you share?
Music, songwriting, live performances. I’ve been an active member of the Edmonton music scene since I was a teenager.
