Born in Calgary, raised in Sundre, Cole Charrois combined his love of sports and the outdoors to pursue a career as an Apprentice Golf Professional with the PGA of Alberta/Canada, achieving his professional status in May 2024. His rapid rise in the sport is a testament to his passion and commitment, reaching professional standing within just three years of picking up the game. Cole brings well-rounded experience, having worked in pro shop customer service, back shop maintenance, and grounds crew roles. Since joining the PGA in Spring 2024, Cole has dedicated himself to teaching and coaching golfers of all ages and skill levels and assisting with junior golf programs Cole has since taken his drive and passion for the game to one of Alberta’s premier courses, Pinebrook Golf & Country Club. As a new Assistant Professional he is excited to learn and grow with the excellent team of Golf Professionals around him. Beyond technique, Cole believes golf builds resilience, confidence, and character—values he instills in his students. In addition to his work with youth, he offers group and individual lessons to golfers of all ages and levels. He’s excited to further his skills as an instructor and player, with plans to compete in PGA of Alberta and PGA of Canada tournaments

I love the challenges that golf presents on a daily basis and how they relate to life’s challenges!
Q. What or who influenced you in becoming a Golf Professional?
Kobe Bryant’s work ethic inspired me as a child to pursue professional athletics and try my best to apply his work ethic to the sport of golf.

I would be professional Fishing guide or running a small farm
