We want to inform you of an unexpected delay regarding today’s Tournament Registration.

While today was scheduled as the official opening registration day, our website was unfortunately unavailable this morning and disrupted the process. We have been advised this outage was the result of an external IT issue that was beyond both our control and that of our website provider. We want to emphasize this is completely unrelated to our new website or the volume of registration traffic.

Our team continues to actively work with our web provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While the website is now back up and running, please note we have made the decision to delay tournament registration until March 25 at 10 a.m. when the process will be restarted completely fresh. Any previous attempts or partial registrations will not be carried forward.

We also recognize that increased promotional activity surrounding the PGA of Alberta Golf, Pickleball and Lifestyle Show has contributed to higher-than-normal traffic on our website. As a reminder, if needed, tickets for the Show can also be purchased in person at the BMO Centre at the same price.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, appreciate your patience and understanding, and will update you further as the situation is resolved.
