Todd Fiske of River Bend GC and Graeme Kreiner of Hinton GC both shot 2-over par 73's to share first place today at the Callaway Professional Series event at Banff Springs GC. Paul MacLeod of Priddis Greens G&CC and Terry Carter of the National Golf Academy finished in a share of third place one shot behind the leaders. Darkness prevented a playoff for first place.
The draw has been posted for the TaylorMade Tournament of Champions, taking place on the Links Course at Wolf Creek GR on Wednesday, June 2nd. The event will be a 1:00pm Shotgun.
Jamie Kureluk of the Cottonwood G&CC won his first Alberta Open title today at Carnmoney G&CC after rain and snow washed out the third and final round of the Championship. Kureluk followed his 10-under par 61 on Day1 with a steady 1-under par round of 70 on Day 2 to take home the title by three shots. Kureluk takes home $6,000 for the win.
The draw for both rounds one and two have been posted for the Spring Playing Ability Test. This event will be taking place on Monday, May 31 and Tuesday, June 1 at Alberta Springs Golf Club in Red Deer.

Jamie Kureluk of the Cottonwood G&CC shot a second straight 3-under 68 today at Blackhawk GC to claim the first Callaway / Fletcher Players' Tour event of the season. Kureluk's 6-under total was enough for a 5-shot victory over Scott Allred of Elbow Springs GC. Mike Belbin of Royal Mayfair GC and Blair Buttar of Glendale G&CC finished in a tie for third.
Keith Whitecotton of the Edmonton Petroleum G&CC birdied his final four holes at Blackhawk GC for a 4-under 67 and a one-shot lead heading into the final round. Jamie Kureluk of Cottonwood G&CC and Blair Buttar of Glendale G&CC both shot 3-under 68's, and will join Whitecotton in the final threesome on Day 2.
The draw has been posted for the first round of the first Callaway Golf / Fletcher Players' Tour event of 2010. Blackhawk GC in Edmonton will be the host, with play taking place on Monday, May 17th and Tuesday, May 18th.

Tyler Lebouthillier of Elbow Springs GC shot a 3-under 69 at the Lethbridge CC to win the first Callaway Professional Series event of 2010. Lebouthillier's round bested Cory Schommer of Pinebrook G&CC by two shots. 4 players finished in a tie for third after even-par 72's.
The draw has been posted for the Callaway Professional Series event at the Lethbridge Country Club. The event will take place Monday, May 10, 2010 with tee-times starting at 9:00am.
The 2010 Exhibitor Registration Package will be available on May 17, 2010.
A reminder to those wishing to attempt a Playing Ability Test in 2010 that the deadline to register as an Applicant with the CPGA is June 1st, 2010. The deadline for entry into the formal Playing Ability Test at Alberta Springs is Monday, May 17th.
