Mr. Frank Fowler of High River passed away at the Foothills Country Hospice, Okotoks on January 30, 2015 at the age of 82 years. Frank joined the PGA of Canada in 1957, but it was long before then when he picked up his first golf club and became hooked on the game. Frank served as President of the PGA of Alberta in 1967. His playing career as a golf professional in Alberta earned Frank a Lifetime Achievement Award with the PGA of Alberta. Frank is survived by Emma of High River, sons: Duane (Linda) of Calgary and Carey (Shirley) of DeWinton. Frank is remembered by his grandchildren: Dylan, Devin, Stacy, Jesse, and Aaron, as well as surviving brothers and sisters. For funeral arrangements please click here.

Jeremy Tanner & Wayne Fairbairn: 2014 National Award Winners
Congratulations once again to Jeremy Tanner (Priddis Greens G&CC) who recently won the Stan Leonard Class “A” Professional of the Year National Award and Wayne Fairbairn and his team at the Calgary Elks Lodge & GC on winning the Pat Fletcher Retailer of the Year National Award.
